How long does a Salesforce data migration take?
It depends on the number of sources, the volume and how clean the data is. A single clean spreadsheet can take days, while several systems with years of history can take a few weeks. We estimate after the audit.
Can you migrate from HubSpot, Zoho or NationBuilder?
Yes. We export the data, map it to your Salesforce data model and load it with relationships intact.
How do you make sure no data is lost?
We reconcile record counts and key totals before sign-off, and you receive a report listing every row that failed and why.
Can you migrate files and attachments?
Yes. Files and attachments can be moved into Salesforce Files. Large volumes affect the timeline and your Salesforce storage, so we check both during the audit.
Can you migrate from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud?
Yes. It is a re-implementation rather than an upgrade, so we plan the data mapping together with the new setup.
