Is the first call free?
Yes. The first 30-minute call is free. We look at what you need and tell you how we would approach it before any paid work starts.
Do you offer fixed-price Salesforce projects?
Yes. Once the scope is clear, usually after a short discovery, we turn the estimate into a fixed price for the agreed work.
Are Salesforce licences included?
No. Salesforce licences and any third-party apps are paid to their vendors. Our cost estimator gives you a first figure for licences and implementation together.
How do monthly retainers work?
You reserve a block of hours each month at US$30 (A$47) an hour, and a named team works through your priorities. For example, 20 hours is US$600 (A$940).
Why is there a separate Australian dollar rate?
We bill Australian clients in Australian dollars at A$47 an hour, so there are no currency conversions on your invoice.
