Services / Salesforce Integrations
Salesforce integrations that keep every system in step
We connect Salesforce to the tools you already run, from payments and accounting to marketing, forms, telephony and single sign-on, with error handling so nothing fails silently.
What we do
Payments and donations
Stripe and Shopify payments recorded against the right contact, gift or order in Salesforce.
Finance
Accounting systems such as QuickBooks kept in step with what is in Salesforce.
Marketing
Mailchimp and Marketing Cloud audiences, consent and engagement synced with your records.
Forms and surveys
Google Forms, FormAssembly, SurveyMonkey and website forms feeding Salesforce directly.
Telephony and service
Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect, so agents see the caller's record as the call starts.
Identity and other systems
Single sign-on with SAML, plus sector systems such as Yardi and Clever through their APIs.
How it works
Map
List the systems, the data that moves and which system owns each field.
Choose the approach
Native app, middleware or custom API, based on volume, cost and how real-time it needs to be.
Build and test
Integration with logging, retries and alerts, tested with real edge cases.
Monitor
Handover with documentation, and support when a connected system changes.
Why TwinStack
MuleSoft and API experience
Our developers build MuleSoft, Apex REST and webhook integrations as everyday work.
We build connectors
Google Form Auto Sync, our free app, connects Google Forms to Salesforce without middleware.
Clear pricing
We work at US$30 (A$47) an hour and recommend the cheapest approach that is reliable enough.
Common questions
Should we use MuleSoft or Zapier?
Zapier suits low volumes and simple steps. MuleSoft suits higher volumes, complex transformations and several connected systems. For many single connections, a direct API integration or a native app costs less than either.
Can you integrate Salesforce with Stripe or QuickBooks?
Yes. We record payments against the right records in Salesforce and keep finance systems in step, with clear rules about which system owns each field.
Should the integration be real time?
Only where the business needs it. Real-time integrations cost more to build and run, so we use scheduled syncs where a delay is acceptable.
What happens when an integration fails?
We build logging, retries and alerts so failures are visible and can be replayed, instead of data quietly going missing.
Can you build a custom API for Salesforce?
Yes. We build Apex REST services and use the standard Salesforce APIs, secured with OAuth and a dedicated integration user.
How do you keep integrations secure?
We use OAuth instead of stored passwords, give each integration user only the access it needs, and document every connection.
