Common questions
How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
A basic setup typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, and a full implementation 6 to 10 weeks. Larger engagements are scoped individually and usually take 10 to 20 weeks. All timelines include data migration, configuration, testing and training.
How much does a Salesforce implementation cost?
There are two parts: Salesforce licences, paid to Salesforce, and the implementation work. We work at US$30 (A$47) an hour. Our free cost estimator gives you a first figure for both.
Which Salesforce edition do we need?
For new customers, Salesforce now sells Sales and Service Cloud as Core, Advanced and Max editions. We help you pick the lowest edition that covers your needs, and our guide to the new editions explains the differences.
Can you fix an existing Salesforce setup?
Yes. We start with a health check of your org, list what to fix first, and agree a plan and estimate before any changes.
Do you train our users?
Yes. Every implementation includes hands-on training for your users and admins, plus guides for the processes we build.
