Sync Google Forms to Salesforce. 100% native, free forever.
Google Form Auto Sync is a free, native Salesforce app that sends every Google Form response into Salesforce in real time, with no Zapier, no Google Sheets and no middleware. Each submission becomes a Salesforce record the moment it is submitted.

Watch it work, from form to record.
A short walkthrough: a Google Form submission arriving in Salesforce, routing with Flow, the five setup steps and the security model.

Google Forms are easy to build. Getting the data out is not.
Sales, HR, operations, marketing and support all reach for Google Forms because they take minutes to make. Then the response lands in a spreadsheet, disconnected from the CRM where the business actually runs.
Manual export and import
Someone downloads a CSV, cleans it, and uploads it to Salesforce. Slow, error-prone, and very easy to forget on a busy week.
Paid integration middleware
Platforms that charge per task or per run, and add another vendor, another login, and another point of failure to your stack.
Custom-built integrations
Internal development effort that takes time to build, and considerably more time to maintain once whoever wrote it moves on.
Every hour a response sits outside Salesforce is an hour a rep is not following up, a hiring manager is not reviewing an application, or an organiser cannot see a new registration.
The simplest possible bridge between Google Forms and Salesforce.
A lightweight Google Apps Script that lives inside your form, paired with a REST endpoint inside your Salesforce org. A submission goes in one side, a structured record comes out the other.
Your Google Form
Apps Script fires the instant someone hits submit. Included in the package, pasted in once per form.
Your Salesforce org
Creates a Form_Response__c record with the form name, ID, timestamp and full response.
It solves the capture problem, deliberately, rather than trying to replace your data model. Every submission is visible, searchable and reportable in Salesforce, ready to route with Flow, list views and reports you already know.
Six steps to set up. Zero steps after that.
Install the package, then follow the 5-step setup wizard for each form. The guided wizard walks an admin through it end to end, with copy-ready code and credentials at each stage.
Install the package
The managed package installs from AppExchange in a few clicks and sets up the object, permission sets, and a guided setup tab.

Connect once, per form
Paste the included Apps Script into your form's script editor. The 5-step wizard walks you through it and generates what the script needs.

Authenticate securely
OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Flow against a Salesforce External Client App. No passwords stored, access scoped to one Run-As user.

Submit and sync
Someone submits the form, the script fires automatically, packages the response, and sends it to a purpose-built Salesforce REST endpoint.

Record created instantly
Salesforce enforces field-level security through an insert-as-user operation and creates the record, typically within seconds of submission.

View and act
It appears on the built-in dashboard and on the record itself, where the viewer parses the submission into readable question-and-answer pairs.

What is in the package.
Everything below ships with the free managed package. There is no paid tier holding anything back.
Real-time sync
Responses appear within moments of submission. No batch delays, no waiting on a nightly job.
100% native
Built entirely with Apex and Lightning Web Components. No external platform and no middleware server in the path.
Secure by design
OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials, a dedicated Run-As user, and field-level security enforced on every insert.
Guided setup wizard
Five in-app steps with copy-ready code and credentials. About 15 minutes for your first form and about 5 minutes for each one after that.
Built-in dashboard
Total responses, how many forms are connected, and the time of the last sync, all at a glance.
Readable response viewer
Each submission is parsed into a clean list of questions and answers instead of raw JSON.
Admin-controlled access
A custom permission and matching permission sets separate who configures forms from who only views responses.
Completely free
No licence cost, no per-response fee and no tiered plan waiting to be upsold. We put no limits on the number of forms or responses. Google's standard Apps Script quotas still apply.
Built for the admin who has to live with it.

Every connected form, one screen
Rather than checking a separate integration console, sync activity lives inside Salesforce with everything else your team already looks at.
- Total responses captured across all forms
- How many forms are currently connected
- Timestamp of the most recent sync

Questions and answers, not raw JSON
The viewer parses each captured submission automatically, so anyone opening the record can read it without knowing anything about the payload underneath.
- Clean question-and-answer layout on the record
- Form name, form ID and submission date captured
- Searchable and reportable like any Salesforce record

Written for admins, not developers
The five-step wizard hands you the script and the credentials in the order you need them, so a first-time setup does not require reading integration documentation.
- Copy-ready Apps Script included
- Credential generation handled in-app
- About 5 minutes for each form after the first
No third-party server between your form and your org.
Every middleware tool in this category routes your form responses through a server it controls. This one does not. Responses travel between two parties only: Google, where the form lives, and your Salesforce org. No TwinStack servers or other middleware sit in between.
Direct connection
The Apps Script in your form calls a REST endpoint in your org. Google to Salesforce, with nothing in between.
OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials
Authentication runs against a Salesforce External Client App. No password is ever stored in the script.
Scoped Run-As user
Requests execute as one dedicated user with a dedicated permission set, not as a broad admin.
Field-level security enforced
Every record is created with an insert-as-user operation, so your FLS rules apply to the write.
If Salesforce is unavailable when someone submits, the response is still saved in Google Forms, but it isn't sent again automatically. Check the dashboard's last-sync time to spot any gaps.
The connection's Consumer Key and Secret are stored in the form's script properties. Anyone with edit access to the form can see them, so keep edit access limited to people you trust.
What actually changes in week one.
The value is not the sync itself. It is the work your team stops doing and the delay that disappears.
Faster follow-up
Sales, recruiting and support see new submissions the moment they arrive, rather than hours or days later.
No manual entry
The copy-paste and CSV-import work disappears, along with the transcription errors that come with it.
Lower spend
Free to install and run, with none of the per-task or per-response pricing integration platforms typically charge.
Smaller attack surface
With no middleware between Google and Salesforce, there is one less vendor holding access to your data.
Works with your process
Responses land as standard records, so your existing flows, reports and list views work on them immediately.
Grows with you
Connect as many forms as you need. The dashboard tracks all of them from a single place. Google's standard Apps Script quotas still apply.
Native versus middleware, side by side.

The questions admins ask first.
Is there a free Google Forms to Salesforce integration?
Yes. Google Form Auto Sync is a free, native Salesforce app on AppExchange. It sends every Google Form response into Salesforce in real time, with no licence fee, no per-response charges and no middleware.
What is the purpose of Google Form Auto Sync?
To eliminate the manual work of getting Google Form responses into Salesforce. It gives teams already using Google Forms a way to capture every submission in their CRM automatically, in real time, without exports, imports, or a paid integration platform.
How does Google Form Auto Sync work?
A small Google Apps Script, included in the package and set up through a guided wizard, runs inside your Google Form. When someone submits, the script securely sends the response to a Salesforce REST endpoint, which creates a record the moment it arrives, typically within seconds.
Can Google Form responses create Leads or Contacts in Salesforce?
Each response is first saved as a Form Response record, so nothing is lost. You then use a record-triggered Flow or assignment rules to create or update Leads, Contacts, Cases or Campaign Members.
Does Google Form Auto Sync work with Nonprofit Cloud and NPSP?
Yes. It works in any Salesforce org, including Nonprofit Cloud and NPSP. Use Flow to route responses to Contacts, Program Enrollments (Nonprofit Cloud), Program Engagements (NPSP with the Program Management Module), Cases or Campaign Members.
How much does Google Form Auto Sync cost?
Nothing. It is a free managed package with no licence fee, no per-response charge, and no tiered pricing.
Is Google Form Auto Sync secure?
Responses travel between two parties only: Google, where the form lives, and your Salesforce org. No TwinStack servers or other middleware sit in between. Authentication uses the OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials Flow against a Salesforce External Client App, requests run under a single dedicated Run-As user, and every record insert enforces field-level security through Salesforce's insert-as-user model.
What happens if Salesforce is unavailable when someone submits a Google Form?
If Salesforce is unavailable when someone submits, the response is still saved in Google Forms, but it isn't sent again automatically. Check the dashboard's last-sync time to spot any gaps.
Do I need a developer to set up Google Form Auto Sync?
No. The in-app 5-step wizard is built for Salesforce admins and includes copy-ready code and credential steps. Setup takes about 15 minutes for your first form and about 5 minutes for each one after that. If you route responses with a Flow, allow extra time to build it.
